Thank you for shopping with us. Because we produce limited-quantity drops and occasional pre-order items, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing & Fulfillment

In-stock items ship within [3-5 business days] unless otherwise stated.

Pre-order items will clearly state the estimated production and shipping timeframe on the product page.

Shipping timeframes listed at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include processing time.
You will receive:

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
Limited Drops
Items released as part of a limited drop are produced in small quantities. Due to limited inventory, all limited drop sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
We strongly encourage reviewing sizing charts and product details before purchasing.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are made-to-order or produced after the order window closes.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge:

The item will ship within the timeframe stated on the product page.

Production timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing or carrier delays.

Pre-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate updates via email.
Returns (Eligible Items Only)
We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:

A return request is submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery

Item is unworn, unwashed, and unused

Tags are attached

Item is in original condition
If approved:

Items must be shipped back within 5 days

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect
Once received and inspected, we will issue:

Store credit, or
-
A refund to the original payment method (if applicable)
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
If verified, we will:

Replace the item (if available), or
-
Issue a refund or store credit
Cancellations & Address Changes
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist by providing tracking information.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We are committed to resolving issues directly.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting documentation, including:

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
