We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to display products, colors, and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect colors precisely.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities per order
Discontinue products at any time
Modify product offerings without notice
Cancel orders if inventory, pricing, or listing errors occur

In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified and refunded in full.

3. Made-to-Order Products, Limited Drops & Pre-Orders

Many Rudiments products are produced on a made-to-order basis or released through limited drops and pre-orders.

By purchasing a made-to-order, limited-release, or pre-order product, you acknowledge and agree that:

Production timelines listed on product pages are estimates only.
Production may require several weeks before shipment.
Estimated production, fulfillment, shipping, and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Production schedules may be affected by manufacturing capacity, material availability, quality control requirements, supply chain disruptions, customs delays, carrier delays, weather events, labor shortages, or other circumstances outside of Rudiments' control.
Shipping transit times begin only after production and fulfillment have been completed.

Rudiments will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when they occur.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

Fraud is suspected
Billing information cannot be verified
Payment is declined
An error in pricing or product information has occurred

If your payment method is charged and your order is later canceled, you will receive a refund to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

For made-to-order products, production and fulfillment timelines occur before shipment and should not be confused with shipping transit times.

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information via the contact information provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Customs delays
Weather-related disruptions
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, or other third-party service providers

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping and contact information is accurate at checkout.

6. Customer Communications

Customers are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate contact information at checkout.

Rudiments may communicate important information regarding orders, production updates, shipping updates, fulfillment delays, and delivery notifications through:

Email
SMS/text message (where consent has been provided)
Official Rudiments communication channels

Customers are responsible for monitoring the email address and phone number associated with their order.

While Rudiments makes reasonable efforts to communicate updates, email providers, mobile carriers, spam filters, and other third-party services may affect message delivery.

Failure to review communications sent to the contact information provided at checkout does not alter the terms of purchase.

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, product designs, images, text, branding, trademarks, and other materials, is the property of Rudiments and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

9. Prohibited Use

In all cases, Rudiments' maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable product.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rudiments and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claim, demand, liability, damage, or expense arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
